About usage
Where do the readings come from?
From the same meters already read to produce your bill. Kovva installs nothing new: it picks up what the management already receives, whether that is a manual reading or a smart meter.
What if my building has no individual meters?
Then you see the split your building applies under its bylaws and your share, with the same breakdown. Kovva does not change how costs are divided: it shows it.
Can my neighbour see it?
No. A home’s usage and bills are seen by whoever lives there and by its owner. The building’s accounts are seen by all owners, because they are theirs.
Can I pay from the app?
Not yet. Today Kovva shows you what you will be charged and when; collection still runs the way it runs in your building.
