About meetings
Does Kovva’s poll replace the meeting?
No, and we do not want it to look like it does. Spanish horizontal-property law and your bylaws set out how a meeting is called, how it votes and how it resolves. Kovva’s poll is advance and non-binding: it is there so you arrive informed, not so you can vote by the short route.
What about delegated votes?
It can record that one owner is delegating to another, which helps organise the meeting. The valid delegation is still whatever your bylaws require.
Who publishes the minutes?
The management, exactly as today. Kovva adds a plain-language summary on top, so you can read it without being a lawyer.
