The building can buy it too.
Kovva is not sold only to property managers. A building can take it on its own, whether it has a manager or runs itself.

Two ways in, both of them fine
The difference is not the product. It is who buys it and who publishes.
- They decide when Kovva arrives
- They publish from their own system
- They can bring their whole portfolio
- It sits inside their fee
- Good when the management already works
- You decide at the meeting
- Whoever keeps the books publishes
- Only your building comes in
- The invoice is the building’s
- Good when you run much of it yourselves
What is included and what is NOT
Worth reading before you ask, so nobody is surprised later.
The app for residents, the view for whoever publishes, and the building’s archive.
We load what you already have: bills, movements, minutes and documents.
Kovva does not sign off accounts, call meetings or answer to the building.
We do not keep your books. We show the ones somebody already keeps.
That the building can buy the tool does not mean the tool manages the building.
Two different things, and we are not going to blur them on a sales page. Before you ask
Do we need a resolution at the meeting?
It is a building expense, so normally yes, like any other contract. We can give you what you need to put it on the agenda.
What if our manager objects?
Then we talk to them first. We do not want to walk into a building on bad terms with whoever runs it.
Can Kovva manage our building?
Not today, and we do not imply otherwise. It needs a structure and a liability that have to exist before it is sold.
How much does it cost?
We are settling the price with the first buildings. If you want to be in that group, ask and we will talk.
Taking it to the next meeting?
Tell us which building it is and we will give you what you need to present it.
