The court, the storeroom and the front door.
What today gets sorted with a chain of messages, a notebook at the front desk or a call to the caretaker.

Shared areas with a calendar, not a queue of shouts.
The court, the common room, the party space. With whatever rules your building has set, and no arguments about who asked first.
- Real availability, slot by slot.
- The limits the building sets: how many hours, how far ahead.
- The booking is on record, with who made it and when.

Letting someone in without leaving a key under the mat.
Temporary access for whoever has to get in: the cleaner, the plumber, your brother at the weekend.
- Access with an expiry, not a key forever.
- Permanently authorised people, if there are any.
- A record of who came in and when, where the building has it.
And the small stuff, which is what wears you down
The building’s suppliers
Who handles the lift, who the boiler and who to call. Without hunting for the magnet on the fridge.
The notices that matter
Water off on Tuesday, work in the entrance, new pool hours.
Parcels
If your building has a front desk or lockers, knowing something has arrived without going down to look.
About services
Does Kovva open the front door?
Only if your building already has a compatible lock or entryphone. Kovva does not replace the hardware; it leans on whatever is there. If there is none, the rest of the app works just the same.
Who sets the booking rules?
The building. Kovva applies them, it does not invent them: if your bylaws say two hours per home per week, that is what it lets you do.
Can it be used without a caretaker?
Yes. That is in fact where it shows most: in a building with no front desk, bookings and notices are exactly what has nowhere to live today.
Shall we show Kovva to your building?
Tell us which building it is and who manages it. No strings attached.
