Your building, in plain language.
What you pay, what you use, what is broken and what is being voted on. All in one app, explained in a language that makes sense. And without changing your building manager.
Kovva works alongside your manager.
It is not a change of management or an alternative to yours. It is the window through which your manager shows you the work they already do, with the data they already have.
- You do not need to change manager to use Kovva.
- If yours has not heard of us, we talk to them with you there.
- The building’s information belongs to the building, and it travels.
- No building work, no new meters, no new software.
Four things Kovva takes off your plate
You open the app and you know how the month is going.
Your next bill, what you have used so far and whether anything is unpaid. No searching, no PDF, no asking.
Every reading, turned into what it will cost you.
Hot water, heating and electricity month by month, with the meter reading that justifies it. And a warning when something is off, in case there is a leak.
The building’s money, in front of the people who own it.
Balance, reserve fund and budget against actuals. Every transaction with its invoice. And the real status of each repair.
The court, the storage room and the door, without a message chain.
Bookings for shared areas with their calendar, guests with temporary access, and the building’s suppliers.
Transparency stops being a promise.
The building’s money belongs to the owners. In Kovva you see it without asking permission or waiting until December.
- Balance, reserve fund and budget against actuals, line by line.
- Every transaction with its invoice, its supplier and its date.
- Notice, agenda and documents before the meeting.
- A non-binding vote beforehand, and a summary once it ends.

Why we think you will like it
Everyone sees their own
Your usage and your bills are yours alone. The building’s accounts are seen by every owner, because they are theirs.
Nothing without evidence
Behind every amount there is a reading or an invoice. If it goes up, you see why before you have to ask.
Answered once
A repair status is published once and all 48 homes see it. The forty identical calls are over.
Fewer calls. The same buildings.
Most of the calls you get are questions whose answer already exists. Kovva publishes it once and answers them on its own.
- You post a repair status once and all 48 homes see it.
- Permissions by role: a tenant does not see the owner’s accounts.
- Each owner sees their data and their building’s. Nothing else.
Any questions?
Can my building use it if the manager does not want to?
Not today. Kovva feeds on what the management already handles — readings, bills, transactions, minutes — so that is the way in. If your manager has not heard of us, tell us which building it is and we will talk to them with you there.
What happens with my data?
Your usage and your bills are yours alone. The building’s accounts are seen by every owner, because they are theirs. A tenant sees neither the accounts nor the minutes.
Does it replace my building manager?
No. It is the tool your manager uses to show you their work. Whoever signs the accounts and answers to the meeting is still them.
How much does it cost?
We are settling the price with the first buildings. If you want to be in that first round, ask for access and we will talk, no strings attached.
Shall we show Kovva in your building?
Tell us which building it is and who manages it. We answer with what it would take, no strings attached.
